About the Project

Dr. Renee Young has spent years building one of the Bay Area's most trusted naturopathic practices. Young Naturopathic Center for Wellness, based in Los Gatos, treats the complex cases most providers don't have time for: hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, long covid, thyroid issues, and more. The clinical expertise was there. The brand wasn't holding up beside it.

The Challenge

YNC already had patients and a reputation. What it needed was a visual identity that could do more work: show up on a billboard, hold up in a printed pamphlet, convert in a local community ad. The existing brand wasn't built for that kind of range, and Dr. Young knew it. She needed everything to look as precise and considered as the care she was delivering.

The Approach

We started with what was already strong. Dr. Young didn't need a new identity from scratch. She needed her existing brand refined, elevated, and extended into a system that could travel beyond the clinic walls.

The logo came first, and Dr. Young was specific. She had clear instincts about what it needed to feel: elevated, approachable, clinical without being cold. We worked through it closely until the mark reflected the practice she'd spent years building. From there, we aligned the color palette, developed a full brand strategy, and built out the collateral system: a foldable service pamphlet, a billboard ad, and in-app local community ads. Everything designed to one cohesive standard, ready to represent YNC wherever it needed to show up.
