About the Project

There's a version of Sleekly Co. that existed before us: a small, talented team with a clear vision for what they wanted to build, and no brand of their own to show for it yet.

Sleekly is a boutique web design and digital services agency founded in 2024 by a team of four cousins. They built websites for small businesses. They understood digital presence better than most. What they didn't have was their own. When they came to us, the gap between what they offered their clients and how they showed up in the market was real, and it was holding them back.

The Challenge

When you're a small agency just getting started, every first impression counts. Sleekly was pitching professional web design services without a polished brand to support the conversation. For a team that sells credibility, that mattered.

They needed a brand that matched the quality of the work they were already doing.

The Approach

We started with strategy before anything visual. Sleekly's real differentiator wasn't just their skills, it was how they worked: a family-rooted team with genuine values around communication, integrity, and community. We built their brand around that, not around what anyone else in the space was already saying.

From there, we developed a full identity system. Brand strategy and copy, a complete visual identity, typography, color palette, and a 11-page brand book as the single source of truth for every decision going forward. We extended that into the collateral they'd actually use: email signatures for the full founding team, a pitch deck, a capability 1-pager, and a brand application guide so the system could grow with them.

The goal wasn't just to make Sleekly look good. It was to give them a brand infrastructure they could operate from consistently and confidently, with or without us in the room.
