OPIE started with a friendship. Madeleine and Soha met at Chapman University, running in the same circles and taking the same classes, but it wasn't until they were both freelancing post-grad that things clicked. Madeleine was deep in the creative side, brand identity and design. Soha was building strategy and social. One conversation and they realized they were solving the same problem from opposite ends.
In 2024, they made it official. The name comes from Calliope, the Greek muse of eloquence and art, a nod to that legacy with a fresh twist: classic craft meets modern energy. The goal was a partner practices could actually trust, one as invested in their growth as they are.
